Ranked #16

Enterprise agentic commerce platform that tracks Amazon, Walmart, and LLM shopping agents at SKU level, then fixes the product data behind them.

Our verdict

Azoma is the most complete retailer-agent product we have catalogued, and the right buy when Amazon and Walmart are where the sale closes. It is not a general AI visibility platform. For owned-site GEO with published pricing, CDN crawler logs, and conversion tracking, Promptwatch stays first.

Best for: Enterprise CPG and retail teams with large Amazon and Walmart catalogues who need SKU visibility in retailer shopping agents and the PDP changes to fix it.

Azoma is built for consumer brands that sell through marketplaces. Where most tools in this directory ask whether ChatGPT mentioned a brand, Azoma asks whether Amazon's Alexa for Shopping, Walmart Sparky, or ChatGPT Shopping recommended a specific SKU, and whether that turned into revenue. Its customer list is enterprise CPG: L'Oréal, Unilever, Mars, Procter & Gamble, Colgate, Beiersdorf, Reckitt, and HP.

Pricing is custom and sales-led, with separate brand and agency plans. Azoma was founded in 2022 as Ecomtent, rebranded in May 2025, and is based in London and Toronto. It raised a $4M pre-Series A in December 2025 and its site announced an $11.2M Series A in October 2026.

We rank it below Promptwatch, AthenaHQ, and Scrunch because it is a vertical commerce product with no published pricing, and its owned-site layer (crawler monitoring, GA4 traffic) is thinner on paper than Promptwatch's CDN crawler logs, crawl-to-citation path, and visitor conversions. For Amazon and Walmart shelf work it covers agents Promptwatch does not track.

What Azoma measures that others do not

The core distinction is the agent list. Azoma tracks Amazon's shopping assistant (launched as Rufus, renamed Alexa for Shopping on 13 May 2026), Amazon's COSMO knowledge graph, Walmart Sparky, and Lazada's LazzieChat alongside ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude, Meta AI, and Siri. Its argument is simple: a brand can hold strong share of voice in ChatGPT and still lose the sale, because the agent that closes the transaction reads catalogue data.

Prompts come from what Azoma calls a digital twin of your shoppers, built from marketplace questions, keyword data, and personas, instead of a hand-typed list. Visibility is reported at brand, category, and SKU level, with share of voice, competitor position, citations, and a query log.

The execution layer

Azoma pulls product data from Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, Google Merchant Center, and PIM systems, fills attribute gaps, and generates PDP copy and blog content against approved claims and brand tone. Changes publish into Seller Central, Vendor Central, Salsify, and Shopify. Content syndication targets the third-party sources AI shopping agents cite, and Answer Integrity flags wrong product claims in AI answers.

Vendor-reported results back the pitch: Mars at +17.7% agentic shelf visibility and +68% year-on-year SKU revenue, and an Amazon portfolio (Yogii, Deer & Oak) reporting 5x share of mentions in Rufus and +32% conversion from generated listings in Amazon split tests. These are Azoma's numbers, not independent tests.

Where Promptwatch ranks above it

Azoma's Tech GEO module monitors crawler visits and connects GA4, but does not publish how logs are ingested, at what volume, or whether crawls map to citations. Promptwatch Agent Analytics reads logs from Cloudflare, CloudFront, Fastly, Vercel, Netlify, Akamai, Google Cloud CDN, or custom HTTP, with crawl-to-citation paths and error tracking, 25M logs on Professional ($245/mo). Its visitor script ties AI referrals to conversions from Essential ($95/mo).

Promptwatch also publishes its prices, starts free, and runs ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, Grok, Llama, DeepSeek, Mistral, Copilot, AI Overviews, and AI Mode on every paid plan. Content Agents publish to Webflow, Framer, or WordPress. If your revenue closes on your own site, that is the stack to evaluate first. If it closes on Amazon, Azoma covers ground Promptwatch does not, and the two can run side by side.

  • Crawler monitoring is described, but no CDN log connectors, log volumes, or crawl-to-citation path are published
  • AI traffic comes via GA4; there is no first-party visitor script with conversion tracking like Promptwatch's

  • Named LLM list omits Grok, DeepSeek, Mistral, and Copilot as tracked apps

Frequently asked questions

How much does Azoma cost?

Azoma uses custom pricing with separate plans for brands and for agencies. There is no public pricing page, and its own AI-instructions page asks assistants not to quote figures. Contact sales@azoma.ai for a quote. We do not print an estimate because we have not seen one from a source.

Which AI shopping agents does Azoma track?

Retailer agents: Amazon Alexa for Shopping (Rufus was renamed on 13 May 2026), Amazon COSMO as the retrieval layer, Walmart Sparky, and Lazada's LazzieChat. LLM apps: ChatGPT including ChatGPT Shopping, Google Gemini including AI Mode, Perplexity, Claude, Meta AI, and Siri. Retailer-agent coverage is the main reason to shortlist it.

Does Azoma have AI crawler analytics?

Yes, in its Tech GEO module: crawler visit frequency, which pages get crawled, site audits, and generated robots.txt, llms.txt, and schema. AI referral traffic comes through a GA4 connection. Azoma does not publish CDN log connectors, log volumes, or a crawl-to-citation view. Promptwatch publishes all three, plus its own visitor script with conversions.

Is Azoma a GEO tool?

Azoma calls its category Agentic Commerce Optimisation: GEO aimed at transactions instead of mentions. It measures brand, category, and SKU visibility, enriches product data, generates PDP and blog copy, syndicates content to cited sources, flags inaccurate AI claims, and ties gains to SKU-level revenue.

Azoma or Promptwatch?

Azoma if Amazon and Walmart catalogues are where revenue is won and you want PDP changes pushed into Seller Central, Vendor Central, Salsify, or Shopify. Promptwatch if your owned site and content are the program: published plans from free and $95/mo, eleven LLM surfaces, page-level and Reddit/YouTube citation analytics, CDN crawler logs, visitor conversions, and Content Agents that publish to Webflow, Framer, or WordPress.

Who is behind Azoma?

Ecomtent Inc., founded in 2022 and rebranded to Azoma in May 2025. Headquartered in London with a Toronto office and 50+ staff. CEO Max Sinclair spent six years at Amazon; CTO is Timur Luguev. It raised a $4M pre-Series A in December 2025, and its site announced an $11.2M Series A in October 2026.
