Goodie AI review 2026: page grading, Rufus tracking, and a $399 entry plan

Goodie AI reviewed: how its page grading and optimization actions work, what Explorer covers for $399 a month, why the interesting tiers are quote-only, and how it compares with Promptwatch.

Quick verdict

Goodie AI works on the page, not the dashboard. It grades your content for how easily an AI model can extract an answer from it, then hands you specific edits. Its rarest feature is visibility inside retailer assistants like Amazon Rufus and Walmart Sparky. The problem is packaging: $399 a month buys three engines, and the tiers with Rufus and full coverage are quote-only. If you're not specifically chasing retail assistant visibility, Promptwatch gives you more of the measurement for less, and still helps you write the page.

What Goodie AI does

Most tools in our catalog answer "were we mentioned?" Goodie tries to answer "what should we change on this page?" It reads a page the way a model would and scores it for AI extractability. Then it suggests concrete edits: tighten the answer block, add schema, clean up entities so the model knows which company you are. After you ship a change, it tracks whether that page starts earning citations.

Our listing also records GA-based revenue attribution and a SOC 2 Type II certification, which matters if procurement is involved.

The ecommerce angle is what sets it apart. Goodie tracks visibility in agentic shopping surfaces, Amazon Rufus and Walmart Sparky among them. Very few tools in our catalog touch those. For a DTC brand that sells through Amazon, that's a real reason to take a demo.

Pricing

PlanPriceWhat's included
Explorer$399/mo3 engines (ChatGPT, AI Overviews, Perplexity), 100 prompts and 3,000 responses, 10 optimization actions, 3 seats
ProQuote onlyAdds Gemini, Copilot, Amazon Rufus; 250 prompts
EnterpriseQuote only11 engines including Claude, AI Mode, Meta AI, DeepSeek, Grok; full attribution

Explorer is the only published price, and it's thin for the money. Three engines and ten optimization actions a month is a pilot, not a program. Rufus, the reason many ecommerce teams look at Goodie, starts on Pro, which has no public price.

Our listing notes conflicting public information on whether a trial exists. Ask on the first call, and plan for a sales process either way.

What it does well

Page-level guidance. The edits are specific. "Shorten this answer to two sentences and move it above the fold" is more useful to a writer than a visibility percentage.

Closing the loop on a page. Citation lift tracking after a change tells you whether the edit worked, page by page. That's the right unit for a content team.

Retail assistant coverage. Amazon Rufus and Walmart Sparky tracking is rare. If a large share of your revenue runs through those marketplaces, nothing else on our shortlist covers them in the same way, apart from dedicated commerce platforms like Azoma.

It pairs with anything. Because Goodie works on pages, it can sit next to whatever tracker you already run.

Where it falls short

Price for coverage. At $399 for three engines, you pay more than several full trackers that cover six or more. Claude and most other engines are Enterprise-gated.

Missing measurement layers. Our listing records no AI crawler logs, no Reddit or YouTube source tracking, and no prompt volume or difficulty data. So Goodie can tell you how to improve a page, but not whether AI crawlers ever fetch it, which community thread the engine is citing instead, or how much demand sits behind the prompt.

Thin independent evidence. Our listing notes very few independent reviews, and that much of the detailed public coverage comes from NoGood, the growth agency run by Goodie's founder. That doesn't make the product bad. It means you should run your own pilot rather than lean on what you read.

Onboarding. There's a real learning curve and an onboarding-heavy setup.

Goodie AI vs Promptwatch

The two tools overlap less than the table suggests. Goodie is a page editor with tracking attached. Promptwatch is a measurement platform that also writes. If you can only buy one, the question is whether your bottleneck is knowing what to change or making the change.

For most teams it's the first. A page nobody's crawler fetches won't get cited no matter how well it's graded. Promptwatch's Agent Analytics reads your CDN logs (Cloudflare, Vercel, Fastly, Akamai and others) and shows which AI bots requested which pages, so you fix access before you fix copy.

Who should pick which

  • A DTC or marketplace brand where Amazon Rufus visibility drives revenue, with budget for a quote-only tier: Goodie Pro, after a paid pilot that proves the lift.
  • A content team that wants specific page edits and already has a tracker: Goodie Explorer can work as the editing layer.
  • A team that needs multi-engine coverage, citation sources, and conversion data under $400 a month: Promptwatch Professional at $245.
  • An ecommerce team that cares about ChatGPT Shopping and sponsored placements in AI answers: Promptwatch Business, which includes Shopping Insights and Ads Radar.

Our recommendation

Goodie is worth a demo if retail assistants matter to you. For everyone else, the first purchase should be the one that tells you where the problem is. Promptwatch does that with citation analytics that name the page, Reddit thread, or video an engine is leaning on, plus crawler logs that show whether AI bots can reach your pages at all. Once you know which page needs work, its Content Agents can draft it, or you can hand the brief to whichever editor you prefer.
